Avaya Partner R7 Messaging
- The NEW Partner Messaging R7 provides Unified Messaging that enables mailbox users to integrate their voice mail messages with their e-mail and manage both from there PC’s email client.
An interface is provided for the Partner Messaging System to interact with an email server via the Messaging systems LAN Port. The Unified Messaging Application converts and delivers voice mail messages to an email server in an email compatible format.
Users will be able to access their voice mail messages as email messages with the voice portion attached as a Wave file. The Unified Messaging Application provides users with the ability to work with their voice mail messages in an email environment.
Users can remotely access their voice mail messages via their email without having to call into the messaging system. Saving, forwarding and replying to messages (as email) can all be done in the email domain.
